Open Settings, choose Delete account at the bottom, and confirm. It happens at once.
Write to [email protected] from the email address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We confirm by reply and delete it within 30 days, usually the same day.
Your account and everything in it: your birth data and the birth data of the people you added, your charts and readings, your Blueprint, your journal, your questions and their answers, your friends and bonds, your notification settings, and your referral link. Nothing is kept in a hidden or recoverable form.
Records of use, such as that a page was opened, stay, but your account id, the id your device used and any mention of you are removed from them, so nothing in them connects to you. If your email was on our newsletter list, the address is deleted and only a one-way fingerprint stays, so it cannot be signed up again. A report you made about another reader, or one made about you, stays only as a count, without its text and without your account. Payment records stay with Stripe, Google or RevenueCat, who keep them for the periods tax and financial law require; we cannot delete those for you.
Deleting your account cancels a subscription you bought on our website. A subscription bought through Google Play can only be cancelled in Google Play, and it has to be cancelled before you delete your account: open the Play Store, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, and cancel it there. Until you do, the app will not delete your account, so Google does not keep charging for an account that is gone. Once it is cancelled you can delete your account right away, without waiting for the period to end.
